First off let me say that it wasn't just the house that had us wanting to purchase it, it was the attitude of the realtor as well. We had looked at a few homes before this one and the realtors that showed the homes seemed distant, some were rude and others just seemed to not take us seriously at all. So when we pulled up to the house and Derrick met us I wasn't sure what to expect and he gave us a smile and a handshake and I knew that he was going to be different.
