Very helpful and willing to look at as many houses as we could in the small timeframe we had to work with. Being a military family we had a very limited time to "hunt" for a home. Derrick was willing to keep up our pace and that was very refreshing. His opinions on things were right where we were and not the typical yes man mentality. Derrick was fabulous. I never felt rushed or like I was imposing on him, no matter how silly my husband thought my question was. :) I would have given a 5 for negotiations, but it was a HUD home and there was no negotiating. There were process questions that He didn't know the answer off the top of his head, but responded to me within a reasonable time to give me the answer. We have never had a realtor attend our closings and Derrick told us from day one that he would be with us to the very end and he was. He was the last one out the door and walked us to our car!!! I will recommend him to my friends.

I met Derrick over the phone - he was assigned to help us with our home search by my relocation company. I was a little apprehensive to have a realtor that I had not met helping us find housing. My wife and I had only 5 days to travel to and from the Richmond, VA area to find a home. Derrick helped us decide on an area first by asking us questions which made me feel more comfortable. From our discussion, Derrick forwarded us a number of homes that we viewed / selected and he set up showings for those homes. Derrick was very knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. We decided on the home we wanted within 2 days of arriving in the Richmond area. Derrick's hard work allowed us to buy our home within 4 days and we absolutely love the home and area. Derrick provided a ton of support while we were in Tampa with the utility companies, a home inspection company, a lawyer, insurance and school information. He was very responsive/ helpful to all our questions, even after we had made the purchase. This is our 6th home we have purchased and this was the best experience we ever had. The main reason for that was becasue of Derrick. I would highly recommend him and will be using Derrick for all our real estate help in the future. Great guy!
